Car Rental Port Everglade

Do the car rental places have a shuttle from the port to the rental cars or do we need to plan a cab ride? I am trying to use budget but want to make sure I rent from the proper location, from what I can see the closest budget is on 17th? Any help is appreciated

We had very good service from Avis on 17th St last month.

We used the budget location in March after a cruise on the freedom. It was a nightmare trying to get a shuttle and get the car. I don't think we would ever use them again.
