Baby blanket donations

Will be on NCL from Vancouver to Sydney. With many sea days, I like to make baby blankets. I would like to have any suggestions about places to donate them along the way or in Sydney.

The islands of the Pacific are tropical and I don't think there would be a lot of use for baby blankets. Maybe there is a charity in Sydney that would welcome the blankets.

OR NZ, the babies get very chilly down there.:confused:

P&O Australia have been running a program on their ships where passengers knit blankets and other baby items that are then donated, mainly to Vanuatu.
