Le Champagne costs

Hello all! We will be taking our first Silversea cruise on the Wind in February. We just pre-booked Le Champagne for our anniversary night. I understand that it is an additional $40 pp, but am confused as to what other charges we may incur. It seems at one time that there was a $200 pp option that included special wines. Is that still an option? And can you just get the regular wines, at no cost, if you'd like?

Happy Anniversary. As Brimary notes you can elect complimentary wines to go with your menu selections (e.g. Dover Sole, Rack of Lamb, Lobster Thermidor) or you can purchase wines off of the connoisseur list. Le Champagne will begin your dining experience with a glass or two of the House Champagne. For a special desert treat when ordering (they need time to prepare this desert) consider asking for the Grand Marnier souffle.

Appreciate the very good summary details/points by brimary and Wes. On the Grand Marnier shuffle, YES, that is very, very good. Loved it. Need proof and/or evidence? See below my photo from our dining at Le Champagne while sailing along the Amazon River on the Silver Cloud last year.

THANKS! Enjoy! Terry in Ohio

From our Jan. 25-Feb. 20, 2015, Amazon River-Caribbean combo sailing over 26 days that started in Barbados, here is the link below to that live/blog. Lots of great visuals from this amazing Brazil river and these various Caribbean Islands (Dutch ABC's, St. Barts, Dominica, Grenada, etc.) that we experienced. Check it out at:

For dessert? We both ordered in advance the excellent choice of “Souffle au Grand Marnier Centenaire”. This is their signature dishes and it is clear to understand why it is so popular!:
