harmony - steam room/sauna free

can anybody that has sailed on Harmony tell me if there is a steam room and/or sauna to we can use for free after the gym? or if access is only through paying for spa treatments?

There is a sauna, but it is extra cost. Last time I checked, it was over $100 for access for the entire cruise.

There´s only the Thermal Suite (inside) which is 39 $ per day (less when you get a weekly pass). The Thermal Suite includes a sauna.

But no free sauna. Changing rooms are part of the spa.

I plan to use the fitness facilities. Will there be an available locker room to store items, change and shower and without having to pay a fee?

Yes, there is a changing area with showers that does not cost extra.

Yes, there are lockers. Not sure about showers. There are restrooms but I´ve never been in there. See here for photos (also of the locker area).
