POA transfer shuttles??

We have a transfer shuttle booked and pre-paid to/from airport/hotel and to/from cruiseship (Speedi Shuttle)

I have just received the full details/itinerary of all the services from our Travel Agent and part of the "fine print" says that for all the shuttles from hotels and the ship, we need to re-confirm the booking by calling a phone number 24 hours in advance (this requirement is not given for arrivals at the airport) . We can fulfill this requirement for the shuttle from the hotel -- but NOT from the port, as 24 hours earlier we will be on the ship at sea!!!!

Anybody a bit more experienced traveller than us, can you please comment how we may handle this??

Aren't you at a port the day before? Or is it a sea day? If you are at a port on another island, you can call from there.

No scheduled sea days on POA. You'll be in Nawiliwili until 2pm, so call then.
