Liverpool

We were just in Liverpool a couple of weeks ago on a cruise we disembarked this past Saturday.

I have always wanted to visit Liverpool for my love of The Beatles.

Liverpool exceeded my expectations.

We spent a full day touring places related to the Beatles. We could easily have spent a second day dong this and then another couple of days visiting museums and other areas not related to The Beatles.

I highly recommend an itinerary that includes Liverpool and we now plan on going there for a return trip on a land trip.

My OH and self were in Liverpool last year. I had visited before, but it was his first time. Have to agree with you there is so much to see, especially in the Albert Dock area. Unfortunately, it rained hard all day.

We said we would go back for a weekend, but haven't got there yet.

Would be interested in thoughts about best things to do from Liverpool other than Beatles. E.g. is there great scenery in that area? Nice places to walk/hike?

Liverpool is very easy to just walk and there are several museums to visit that are not focused on the Beatles.
