Does Cunard's Voyage Personaliser close 5 days before sailing like Princess's?

Please excuse my ignorance, but what is "Voyage Personaliser"?

Just today I have been able to get the U.S. website version of the Personalizer to show our booking summary. However, trying to make changes, look at the itinerary, etc., causes the Personalizer to log me out altogether.

How soon before your cruise can you get your information? If you can get the site to work that is.

I was finally able to get into the UK site today and they had my husband's date of birth wrong. The USA site never opened for me.

i accessed both the US 1 says im platinum im platinum with princess but should be gold with cunard

I have used the UK site (shh, don't tell) to access my reservation for September 2007. I'll probably get obsessive waiting for the cabin assignment to appear for that one and my January crossing!

I too am Platinum with Princess and Gold with Cunard, but I saw no mention of it at all on the website. What page is that on?

It's not on the one for my Dec 9th reservation, not sure where to look on the personalizer.

Can't put my crossing next July in yet as I have to renew my passport when I get back from the Caribbean.:rolleyes:
