Help on disembarking day amsterdam

Hi, new to this and looking for a bit of help. We disembark the Celebrity Silhouette in Amsterdam very early in the morning and don't fly home until 9 o clock at night. Any tips for what we can do that day bearing mind we have luggage. Wondering if leaving our luggage at Amsterdam Central railway station is doable?

There are luggage lockers in Amsterdam Central station, though I've heard it's sometimes difficult to find an empty one. I chose to use the independent Drop and Go luggage store in Nieuwendijk, about 5 minutes walk from the station. Their prices are very reasonable and the people are friendly.
