wildbill426 Posted January 31, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 31, 2017 I'll be checking the place out in about two weeks! I have two questions: 1) Is there free Wi-Fi anywhere on the island? I'm guessing no because it is private and there's no independent businesses, but I figured it is worth asking. 2) I understand they have a buffet for lunch; I'm assuming it is very similar to the fare on the ship and not really anything unique or native? 3) Again, given the nature of the island are there any businesses there like a CVS, or is it pretty much the same $$/selection as the boat? Thank you! Wild Bill
cb at sea Posted February 4, 2017 #2 Share Posted February 4, 2017 No wi-fi on the island.... The food for lunch is brought from the ship. Burgers, dogs, chicken, maybe ribs or BBQ, sides, etc..... There are no "businesses" on the island, except for a "straw market" when you can buy (in cash) souvenir-type items. Consider this a "sea day" on land!! cruisingwiththe family Posted January 3, 2019 #4 Share Posted January 3, 2019 Do you pay for the food that is brought out from the ship to the buffet?
Shidah Posted January 6, 2019 #5 Share Posted January 6, 2019 Food is free and if you have the UBP, your drink package works on the island too which is really great.
