jryculand Posted June 13, 2015 #1 Share Posted June 13, 2015 My Mom and I (ages 60&37) want to go on a Mexico cruise in Jan 2016. Can't decide between the Norweigan Jewel or Carnival Miracle. Both offer dates we like so it's all about the ship at this point. This will be our 2nd cruise together...last year we went on Navigator of the Seas and loved it. If anyone has been on the Jewel & Miracle I would love to get your feedback! Thanks😀

jryculand Posted June 14, 2015 Author #4 Share Posted June 14, 2015 We are looking at the 7 day (wish we could go longer 😀) Just can't decide between the Miracle or Jewel. Price is about the same.

WOW! That is a great itinerary. You better make a date with me this time, you've got lots of time in port. I'm always up for Solomon's or Taco Loco or maybe I introduce you to Cabo Blue. lovevacadays Posted June 18, 2015 #9 Share Posted June 18, 2015 I have not sailed either ship so I hope you don't mind me chiming in. The Crown Princess also does 7 day Mexican Riviera cruises. She's a beautiful ship and Princess provides a really nice trip to Mexico.:):):)
coasterwiggs Posted July 2, 2015 #10 Share Posted July 2, 2015 (edited) We are also trying to decide which cruise line for Mexican Riviera. Choices for the week of our vacation are Ruby Princess or Norwegian Jewel. We love the entertainment and activities on NCL, but we love the food and service on Princess. Can't go wrong either way, it is just hard to make a decision. Edited July 2, 2015 by coasterwiggs
CAnative1 Posted July 9, 2015 #11 Share Posted July 9, 2015 I did the Miracle last November and had a great time... I am booked this November to do the Jewel. The reason for us is we just wanted to try a different line. For us at the time of booking it was between NCL and Princess. We ultimately went with NCL due to the packages that they were including. At the time I booked (the end of Jan) all 3 lines had a price that was within maybe $15 of each other for the category we were booking. NCL's deal came out to be the best because we chose their ultimate beverage package.
