Eurodam-Spa and Cabana questions

We are sailing on the Eurodam in January and had some questions about the Greenhouse Spa Retreat and the Cabanas.

1) Greenhouse Spa...if we do not purchase the week-long pass, but we book a massage in the Spa, do we have access to the Thermal Suites and Hydro Pool for that day?

2) Cabanas...for the Cabanas on the lido deck, the pictures show one oversize bed-type lounger. Is it possible to get/fit 2 regular lounge chairs instead?

3) Cabanas...are you able to open the divider if you get two Lido Cabanas next to one another to make one large Cabana that would seat 4?

Thanks!

# 1 No but you could purchase a day pass.

Will defer the rest to those who have greater experience with the cabanas.:o

We've only had Retreat cabanas on the Eurodam and NA, but one day on the NA I walked by the Lido cabanas and noticed a family had two rented side by side and it was open between the two. That said, unless you are wanting to be by the pool and all the action, I would suggest a Family Retreat Cabana. It comes with four loungers and a table for four, nice quiet atmosphere and it isn't hot and stuffy like the Lido cabanas.

I am sure the curtain between the cabanas could be opened.

The round lounger is very comfortable and large. Once my husband and I and grandaughter were all sleeping on it. In addition to the lounger there is a table and 2 side chairs. I don't know if a change of furniture is an option.

We are on the Eurodam in April for the transatlantic and I was wanting to use the spa but only for the first week when there are so many sea days. Would I be able to get single day passes for only the days I want or could I to get just a one week pass even tho we are on it for 21 days???

The spa pass is sold for the full length of the cruise. If you are on a back-to-back you can purchase for one of the full cruises, but not the other.

If there is still availability when the full-cruise passes are sold, then you can purchase day passes.

What you can't do is purchase a portion of the cruise on some other basis. If you want only one week out of a longer cruise, you would have to purchase on the daily plan, if there is room.

We were on the NA transatlantic a few weeks ago and had the retreat cabana for the duration. Each has a table and two chairs AND two lounges in the cabana itself. In the dedicated cabana open area there are a couple dozen lounges with extra thick cushions. Additionally there are two area with overstuffed sofas and two chairs. The separation wall between the cabanas ( facing aft) were made of a hard material that does not roll up and does not appear to be removable. That said four people can sit in a cabana comfortably. My suggestion for four people (if it is available) would be to book the corner cabana which in addition to the table and chairs has two queen size lounges. The corners have the advantage of having the plexiglas wall along the side of the ship for views and the aft facing opening for ventilation. It is also cheaper for four people to split the cost of a corner than renting two side to side. We've truly enjoyed the experience on three of our cruises.

We had a lido cabana on our Christmas cruise. It was perfect because my grandson could be at the pool and we could supervise. They can open the walls between the lido cabanas since they are only curtains. At the end of our cruise, they were preparing for the next day and opened two cabanas to make on large one.

Okay thanks ... I think I will get it for the first leg. I can see using it quite a bit for the crossing and we have obc to use up so might as well use it for something useful other than the casino lol..
