Celebrity generally have a specific country speciality each night in the buffet So these meats are ONLY served in the buffet and NOT in the MDR on menu? Beanb41 Posted September 20, 2017 #28 Share Posted September 20, 2017 Menus in the MDR are generally set months in advance by Head Office and don't seem to change much from Ship to ship. What changes is when they particular item is served. The buffet on the other hand is far more flexible to rake advantage of local produce. Meat, fish and fresh vegetables and fruit in particular

Ocean Dancer Posted September 21, 2017 #30 Share Posted September 21, 2017 Thank you both for your answers. Our pallets are up to sampling your local foods. We have late dinner, so that will give us a chance to see what's at the buffet and not miss out. We usually eat lunch at the buffet also..........really looking forward to different meats and fruits. Thank you again.:D
