Pre Concierge questions

We just got an upsell to a PH suite (non-Haven) on the Pearl. We're leaving in 8 days. What exactly would one contact the concierge ahead of sail date for, and how does one contact pre-concierge?

Here's the welcome letter they typically send. You won't get it since you're so close to sailing:

You can request most anything that can be handled on board so don't worry too much about it. Most requests are simply forwarded onto the ship on your behalf anyway.

You can e-mail them at:

If you choose to e-mail them, be sure to include your name, reservation number, ship name, and sailing date in the e-mail.
