Some corrections...HMC was acquired and developed by HAL, not Carnival. Yes, HAL is owned by Carnival Corporation (not Carnival Cruise Lines), but HAL owns and operates HMC, and gets first priority there. So, the more correct statement would be that some Carnival ships stop there, while virtually every HAL ship does if sailing the Caribbean.

For this reason, Carnival has arranged to stop at other "private islands" (Princess Cay, IIRC) in order to provide more "private island" stops for Carnival ships.
