remydiva Posted July 17, 2012 #1 Share Posted July 17, 2012 She was anchored off Ganges on Salt Spring Island in beautiful BC. According to,schedule, should have been there only a day but as of last nite, she was still there....neat to see such a ship in waters close to home. Whenever I pull up marinetraffic.com, I always check to see where The World is, just for grins. More often than not she is out of range, but yeah, it was nifty these last few days to see her docked in Seattle and then moved over to BC. seabreezer Posted August 8, 2012 #4 Share Posted August 8, 2012 As I recall, about 44,000 tons so not huge and small enough to cruise some rivers. Interestingly, she cruises more slowly than most cruise ships to ensure as smooth a ride as possible for pax!
Northshorecruisers Posted August 20, 2012 #5 Share Posted August 20, 2012 We saw her at Tracy Arm on July 30th. She was heading in as we were heading out. She was actually smaller than what I thought she'd be.
