Hoping for the best.

We have decided to book another trip on NOTS. We enjoyed the last one and, for the most part, it was an above average experience. We did notice a decline in the friendliness of the crew, the service and overall quality but still had a great vacation...just didn't experience the WOW they used to promote.

We are viewing this as an opportunity to really like RCI again, as opposed to thinking of them as "Just another cruise line". Besides, it will get us to the point of having a balcony discount available when we decide to do the Alaskan cruise if things have rebounded enough.

We adapt to the circumstance fairly easily so I am confident we will have an enjoyable get-away. Besides, sitting on a beach for most of the day is better than sitting at the desk.

That "WOW" experience that's usually on all the ships - maybe you just hit a bad cycle or, the crew was at the end of a long run of cruises.

Hope you have a great time. We are booked on our 4th NOS cruise in Nov & have always had a great cruise. The crew is having so much fun in their new ports. I think everyone will be happy & friendly
