Cant get through by phone

I wanted to discuss a 2016 cruise in Northern Europe and have a couple of quick questions answered. I tried 5 or 6 times and after pressing 1, was put on hold and immediately disconnected. Sent an email but haven't had a response to that either. Guess I will have to ask my TA to get the answers even though this isn't a definite booking yet.

Hello Capecodder, you're the second person who has mentioned getting disconnected in the past 24 hours; not good!

I sent the message already and will continue to follow up.

Please don't give up on us...we'd love to have you sail with us in 2016, and forever more.

Happy to say all is well and we are deposited on the cabin of our choice on the Quest August 26, 2016. Lots of time to dream and plan between now and then. I have never booked a cruise this far out - will I be patient? Only time will tell.
