As Crew has already said on your other post, Shore Excursioneers are brokers. They do not operate their own tours but act as a middle man for other tour operators, therefore any particular tour you are looking at through them is only as good as the individual tour company. That said they are widely used, by many people, on many of the islands and ports, and I have had no problems with them as administrators.

I have not used Native Choice but they come highly recommended and have been around for a long time. Use the search function on this forum and I am sure you will find many reviews. Also TripAdvisor.

On Cozumel, depending on what you want to do, it is usually quite easy to book independently. Lots of advice on the very active Cozumel forum.

Avoid in Grand Cayman. In Jan/17 they - without notice - cancelled our tour + another one because of lack of participants. We wasted an hour of port time for the meeting time they set and then showed to say it was cancelled.

On the other hand, the walking tour in San Juan (MRL1213@hotmail.com) was FANTASTIC.

I have booked with shoreexcursioneer in Belize, Costa Maya, and Grand Cayman, and have been completely satisfied on every excursion... Like another poster said, they are only a middle man, but are a reputable company.

we booked with Native Choice several years ago and it still an excursion we talk about.. We did the one that was the Mayan experience.. you go ruins and then Mayan village to make homemade tortillas over coals and have lunch.. This was a wonderful experience
