I rent a car there every year. Make a reservation with one of the companies that are nearby and their shuttle vans regularly circle the terminal. Very easy process.

But they all run shuttles from the port to their office. If there are more than two in your party it may be faster to send the person whose name is on the rental agreement to pick up the car and have them come back to the port and get rest of party and luggage.

sorry i didn't see your comment at the bottom. only 2 of us. thinking about going to Daytona speedway for the afternoon while in port.
