Allure - Best deck?

We are on Allure at the moment Deck 8 Junior Suite on the hump, fantastic location and very convenient for Central Park, extremely quiet.

Were going to be on deck 10 central park balcony on the Harmony how dies it rate as to view and noise smell levels ?

Our daughter had a deck 10 Central Park balcony on Allure, and it was very quiet in the evening.
