Closest Liquor Store to Tender Pier

We've got an early excursion booked in Grand Cayman and may not make it back before the cutoff time when they stop selling alcohol to cruise ship passengers. I'd like to buy a bottle of Seven Fathom's Rum before our excursion and was wondering where I could do that as close to the pier as possible. Is there a duty free store right at the pier or do I have to venture into town?

The tender pier is in downtown and there are liquor stores across the street.
