Yes, but only one at a time.

If you only have one package, there can only be one user at a time, but if you have each purchased a package you can use them at the same time.

You sign in to the Internet using your name, cabin number, and a password you will set up. If you only have one package, then each of you would have to sign in (one at a time) under that name.

Of course you can also use the smartphones without a package by paying by the minute, but that is more expensive.

There is discrimination there. It seem to be okay for ladies to wear shorts but a no no for men.

Not sure where you saw the term "cruise casual."

For dinner in the dining rooms on the non-formal evenings the dress code is "smart casual" and shorts are not allowed for "smart casual."

For breakfast and lunch in the dining rooms, shorts are OK.

So, it looks like some are saying shorts are ok for dinner but some are not. Can someone please clarify if shorts/t-shirts are actually ok during dinner (on non-formal/semi-formal nights)?

Shorts are NOT allowed in the MDR for dinner. They are acceptable for breakfast and lunch

You should dress for a cruise with Princess the same way you would for any stylish land-based resort.

Casual sportswear, including shorts, lightweight pants and jogging suits, is the order of the day both at sea and ashore in hotter climates.

We recommend you bring a sweater, a jacket or an all-weather coat for cool evenings, and for shore excursions, depending on your destination. Due to unpredictable weather, don't forget a hat or visor and a collapsible umbrella. Please be sure to bring proper clothing for visits to religious sites. You'll also want low-heeled, rubbersoled shoes for strolling on deck, as well as comfortable walking shoes or sandals to wear.

Princess makes it easy to know what to pack and what to wear when you’re dining onboard our spectacular ships. There are two designations for dress codes: Smart Casual and Formal.

Smart Casual

Passenger attire should be in keeping with what they would wear to a nice restaurant at home.

Inappropriate dinner wear such as pool or beach attire, shorts, ball caps and casual jeans (with fraying and/or holes) are not permitted in the dining rooms. Shoes must be worn.

When formal nights are held, please observe the dress code in the Traditional Dining and Anytime Dining venues for the enjoyment of all our guests.

• Evening gowns and cocktail dresses for women
  
• Tuxedos, dinner jackets or dark suits with a tie for men
  

So no shorts at dinner in the MDRs. But if you're a woman and have dressy capris (I wouldn't count cloth or denim type in this category), you'll probably get in. But shorts are fine for walking around the ship at night or wearing to the Horizon Court for any meal.

Just off the coral. Several men wearing shorts at dinner and a polo shirt is good enough for formal night or even a Hawaiian shirt will work according to the waiter. Don't believe the hype. They would like you to dress up because they want to sell pictures. A lot, and I mean alot refuse to play dress up in their 30 year old monkey suits.
