Barcelona Luggage storage

Can any one confirm that they have successfully used the port to airport services offered by DW Consigna this year please? I made a booking with them online, they have taken payment but I have not heard anything, and I have not received the 'voucher'....so I am getting a little concerned!

I only know that their service has proved very popular. I disembarked late from RCI Liberty on 18 May and was amazed to see at least 40 customers still in line dropping off baggage. I have not heard anything negative yet.

Hopefully you will get some positive feedback here soon.
