cruise kitty Posted March 31, 2010 #1 Share Posted March 31, 2010 The X site is listing a 21 day "dry dock" cruise on the Millennium starting on April 21, 2012. I know what dry dock is, but what on earth is a dry dock cruise???

dkjretired Posted April 1, 2010 #4 Share Posted April 1, 2010 According to the web site the cruise is sold out... Looks like we have the dates they are going to S class Millie. By the way if you follow through on the booking process it has each day of the cruise defined with most of them as dry dock. Looks like someone at Celebrity has a sense of humor. Reminds me of the Map quest entry a few years ago where if you put in somewhere in the US as your starting destination and London as your final destination they gave you very precise directions. They took you to Long Island and told you to swim 2000miles.
FinelyCruising Posted April 1, 2010 #5 Share Posted April 1, 2010 Way back when there was a virtual dry dock cruise for a non-scheduled cancelled/scrubbed Summit cruise. A bunch of us were on it. It was nice while it lasted.:D

cruise kitty Posted April 1, 2010 Author #8 Share Posted April 1, 2010 Someone started another thread about this today and suggested it might be an April Fools Joke per X, pretty funny if it is.
