Princess Cay cab

Simple answer is NO. There is no town settlement at or near Princess Cays. Only a few locals live in Princess Cays for security reasons. The people who run the shops are brought in by private boat/car when ships are in port. No outsiders are allowed in or near the complex.

PC is on the tip of Eleuthera, which most certainly is an inhabited island.

 

Last time I was there (several years ago), you could easily walk through a gate and be outside of the "compound".

There were craft vendors out there, but I don't remember if there were cabs or opportunities to go exploring further..

 

Maybe things have changed, but it is not like the armed entrance/exit to Haiti from the Labadee peninsula. It is the Bahamas.

If you walk out the gates, there are definitely roads. Maybe not in the best condition but we were on a road - and went to an amazing deserted beach. Don't really think you will find a cab but there are tours that leave Princess Cays. We went with Eleuthera tours and had a great day
