CHEZMARYLOU Posted July 20, 2017 #2 Share Posted July 20, 2017 In my experience the cost is the same.
peteukmcr Posted July 20, 2017 #3 Share Posted July 20, 2017 Unless you book them on board a ship before you sail on the next one, where Celebrity will offer you a discount as they did with us in May whilst on Reflection for our upcoming sailing on Eclipse in October. cruisin lady ca Posted July 20, 2017 #4 Share Posted July 20, 2017 Keep checking your cruise planner as Celevrity has been posting "sales" on excursions within the 30 to 60 days prior to sail date. We were able to book two excursions on our cruise this past April for 20% less than the regular price. The regular price shown in your cruise planner is the same as the on-board price. So, the sales are a good deal - and you can now use your OBC to pay for excursions you book prior to sailing. That change came about in the spring too. I have seen recent posts about sales on beverage packages, excursions and internet. These sales are not advertised or announced in a public forum so you have to keep checking your cruise planner. And be aware they have generally lasted for only a few days. The one that applied to our cruise started on a Friday and ended on Sunday evening.
