Pier 27 disembarkation times

I am sure this information is located somewhere but I was unable to do a good search.

We are scheduled to take a San Francisco fall R/T cruise on Princess and direct flights to our small town are very limited. Given that our last port is Ensenada how much time from docking ( 7 AM) should we allow for disembarking, customs, and transportation to SFO?

I know that sea conditions, fog, etc. can delay any arrival but within limits we are willing to take a chance on a very early afternoon flight if this seems feasible.
