5-7-15 Thursday Weigh-In..Happy Mother's Day..Early Wishes!

How did your week go everyone

Did you think you gave it your all and won

Every ounce down counts and that is good

Even more ounces lost with less food

Lost ounces add up to a pound we know

So to some food we say yes others we say no

Also exercise helps on our way to good health

Buying less food might even help our wealth

So now an other week has gone by

Sure the next one will seem to fly

Wishing every Mother a Great Sunday

Good Morning Belle! Hope everything is going well for you, and that you have a wonderful Mother's Day!

I have had a busy week (wow - do I ever hate having to re-lose weight ... could kick myself, but oh well!). I have been stripping walls of 6-7 layers of wallpaper ... up and down step ladders --- then last night I spent 2 hours at the gym. No snacking this week ... and (sort of) counting calories. I am down 2.2#.

Jan, I am right there with you. I lose the weight and then gain some of it back and then wonder why I do it. Congrats on your loss.

Congrats to you losers & Happy Mothers' Day!:D

I'm up another 6/10 pound & am just 1 pound less than my all time high!:(

I'm going to have to get serious about losing weight & doing more exercise as my blood tests show I'm pre diabetic & I sure don't want to have that problem.
