Avalon Basel to Amsterdam...Evening sailing times?

Hey gang-

We are seriously considering cruising aboard Avalon Affinity on the 13-day Basel to Amsterdam sailing on October 11, 2015. We love the itinerary, but the Avalon website lacks detail on evening sailing times. We love eating breakfast and lunch aboard, but prefer dinner ashore. So I was hoping some fellow forum members here might have cruised this itinerary and could recall which if any ports the ship remained late enough for a reasonable evening dinner ashore.

Also, the last night aboard ship is an overnight in Amsterdam. You have a huge selection of choices for dining in Amsterdam. The tours always allowed plenty of free time so you will at least have the opportunity to have a small bite in each town if not dinner.

Does anyone know when the Red Light Tour in Amsterdam starts? Is it like around 9pm? Just trying to plan out our day. Thanks for the help! :)
