Royal Shuttle (Cocoa Beach)

Has anyone recently used Royal Shuttle from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral cruise terminal? My niece selected them but older reviews are terrible. Thanks.

No but my family just used Cocoabeach shuttle and their service was fine...:)

I have always used the Royal Caribbean Shuttle for myself and my wife, at least 6 times I guess. Never a problem, painless; I wouldn't do it any other way. I pull my bags out to the bus at Orlando airport, get on the bus, and the next time I see my bags they are at my room.

Op is asking about "Royal Shuttle" - not Royal Caribbean Shuttle ..... they are not the same.

I was inquiring about them ( Royal Shuttle) last year but I also found many bad reviews, here is a link to one of them :
