Private Transfer from London Heathrow to Southampton Port

There will be 4 adults traveling from Heathrow to Southampton. Will have approximately 6 suitcases and 2 carryons. Has anyone used a private car service? Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you

We used Smiths for Airports. They were on time, reasonably priced (in comparison to rail fares plus taxi's to rail station) and professional.

we are using https://airportstaxitransfers.com in August. Make sure you get a big enough vehicle. For a van that carries 6-7 its about 130 GBP each way.

We used Smiths for Airports both to and from London. On the way back, we arranged for an excursion to Salisbury and Windsor Castle. Very pleased with their service.

We've used Simply Airports several times, and we've been very satisfied. We'll probably be booking with them for our September cruise.

We used Smith for Airports for our LHR to Southampton travel. We've used them before. Very professional. Was waiting for us when we came out of Customs/Baggage Claim. Money well spent after a long and tiring flight.

For return, we took a tour with International Friends. This time we went to Bath, Lacock and into London (although they do make a stop at Heathrow). Previously, we took the Salisbury, Stonehenge, Windsor tour with them.

The one downside to going into London is the traffic. Oh my. We were not told that we would be transferred from our big coach bus to a small van once we reached London proper. From that transfer it took over 1 hour to get us to our hotel in Trafalgar Square. It made for a loooong day!

We used BlackberryCars. to go from Gatwick to Heathrow. Excellent service with great driver (Vasil).

I concur with Smith's. We also did a side trip to Winchester since our flight was quite late. It was only the two of us so we had a large sedan.
