A pop-up claims that a decision will be made and I will be contacted within 48 hours. Is this likely? They don't ask for much- they didn't even ask specifically where I found the lower price. I was prepared to submit a screen shot but no- they wanted a price and a generic place for where I found the new price. Has anyone submitted one of these forms lately? Successfully? The price you book at is the price you pay, and as the deposit in the UK is £250pp it doesn't usually pay to cancel and rebook. So left with the problem of balancing this and that and the other thing (OBC, excursion perks from TA, etc) and whether to cancel and eat the penalty (only $50 pp here in the US I think) and rebook at the lower price. Which also means a battle getting our deposit back. This is one advantage to having a line rule which does not allow undercutting by other sites. Another miss by Azamara, IMHO.
