I've done this cruise and it is wonderful! My main advice is to find your roll call and schedule private tours with other people. You will find your roll call here:

Look for the name of your ship and the date of your sailing.

Private tours cost less than the ship's tours and you get to see much more than on the ships tours that must go at the pace of the slowest person - often someone on a walker. It is also helpful that you are in a small van as opposed to a bus because these tours can get into places the big buses cannot. For example, were you to go to Tuscany, on a large bus, they park at the bottom of the hill and you must walk up the hill to the town. In a small van, they bring you right into town, then park below the town on the other side to pick you up. It really cuts back on the walking.

The other thing, it is good to do some pre-conditioning before your cruise. Start out waling 1 mile per day and increase this to 5 miles per day over time and you will be ready for this type of port intensive cruise and have your walking shoes broken in well.
