MDR/Windjammer

We always go to the MDR because we as a family enjoy the formality of dining, especially on formal nights. But to each there own.

I've noticed more and more posters stating a preference for the Windjammer over the MDR for a variety of reasons. Suggest you try it. You may be surprised. We find it quieter and less pretentious than the MDR.

Windjammer, my lady does not, so guess where we eat 99% of the time.

One thing if you go later in the evening, it becomes more civilized.

I agree with you. The phrasing of "our own area" was strange since most people would say "our own table".
