Air to sea upgrades

Has anybody been able to upgrade their air to sea economy flight to business using airline miles ?

Whether or not anyone else has been able to has absolutely ZERO relationship to whether you can. It completely depends upon the airline, the FF program, and the specific fare rules of the ticket you have.

Without that, the only answer with any validity is "maybe, perhaps, who knows."
