Traffic at PEV

We're going out of Port Everglades next weekend and it will be my first time at that port. We're going out of terminal 19 and Harmony of the Seas is going out of terminal 18 30 minutes later. We have FTTF and plan on getting to the terminal around 10:30. I do have to drop a rental car off at FLL prior to and we'll take an Uber from FLL to PEV.

My question is, how busy, traffic wise, does PEV get? I am not sure how much time I should allot from FLL to being dropped off at the terminal. If you were doing what I plan on doing, what time would you get to FLL to drop your rental off to get to the terminal around that time?

Traffic can be heavy at Port Everglades, but many of the ships have moved on to Europe and Alaska, so not as bad next week.

If you were done with turning in your car by 10am, you will have no problem being there by 10:30. Don't overthink this. Port Everglades is very efficient.

I have dropped family off on Saturday mornings when there were several ships arriving/leaving and traffic has never been an issue. Airport is right there so you'll be close.
