minikiss Posted May 19, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 19, 2017 I’m wondering is anyone on here has used cruisepark Southampton before? Looking for a few thoughts and experiences of them. Before i get loads of replies saying we use " X " car parking, I best say my husband is very fussy when it comes to where and who he leaves hiscar with. So meet and greet types are not an option as he will not let anyoneelse drive his pride and joy. He likes to park and where possible take the keyswith us so he will not consider The last time we sailed from Southampton we used Alternativecruise parking ACP and to be honest the prices are roughly the same but one isout doors the other claim to be inside. Hubby has used Google maps to see where Cruise park arebased and didn’t think much to where you go to. So has anyone used them and can give their thoughts on their service. Ray66 Posted May 19, 2017 #3 Share Posted May 19, 2017 The OP is sailing with P&O according to their post on the UK forum http://boards.cruisecritic.co.uk/showthread.php?t=2501373
sddsddean Posted May 19, 2017 #4 Share Posted May 19, 2017 Yes, but they've posted the question on the RCI board too, which is where I first saw and answered it. Doesn't help when people post in loads of places. Simon
minikiss Posted May 19, 2017 Author #5 Share Posted May 19, 2017 I posted on several boards as after answers from anyone that has used them, which covers anyone sailing from the UK.
Bob++ Posted May 19, 2017 #6 Share Posted May 19, 2017 I have never heard of them and there don't seem to be any independent reviews either. It is basically a unit in a factory estate, but if they are well organised, that shouldn't matter. I gather they squeeze them in pretty tight, so you would have to be wary of damage, but that applies to all the car parks.
