Usually we see tent caterpillars in May.

But our apple tree decided to have them now. We have cut the next down and burned it.

Not a bald eagle (booo), just a vulture.

Baby blackberries are adorning the new addition to our garden. I guess we need to start planning the pie. Or maybe a tart...depending on the harvest.
