Port to airport?

Would it be possible to make a 8:45am flight, on Saturday May 09,2015. The ship will be docked in Barcelona overnite, on the 8th of May. How far is the port from Barcelona airport? Thanks

It's about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. You would need to arrange early disembarkation and a taxi to get you there in time for check in. Taxi fare about €35.

We took a cab from cruise port to Barcelona airport 2 weeks ago. They are metered and it was about 40 euros We got off the ship at 630am and went out to the taxi stand. It is very well organized....there is a policeman directly you to each cab. It took 20 minutes early Sunday morning.
