Carnival port can I walk to THE MONEY BAR

Hello we will be docking in Cozumel on the carnival Triump on August 13, I was wondering if it's possible to walk from the port to the money bar! If so how long/far of a walk is it? Oh and any reviews on the money bar?

It's about 2 or 3 miles from the pier.if I remember right there is no sidewalk. A cab would be around $10 for 4 people.

We took a taxi to the Money Bar last year. We absolutely loved it!! We snorkeled and laid out. Look on youtube and watch some videos. We had a great time.

Does this location get busy (more busy than the others further away) b/c it is closer to the cruise piers?

Nope. Because there is no beach - you enter the water via steps - it tends not to attract lots of cruisers. Great place to snorkel from the shore - the lack of a sandy beach keeps the water clear. :cool: Lots of tables & chairs and a sandy area for sunning/relaxing plus good facilities as well as good food, drinks & service.
