Cabin 3055 on Jewel of the Seas

Our TA booked mid-ship,inside cabin #3055 on Deck 3 of the Jewel of the Seas.

When looking at the deck plans, there appears to be some open/public space not too far from it. How can I find out if this is truly some pubic space, or if it is actually a service elevator or something.

If anyone is familiar with this cabin or area of the ship, I'd love to hear from you.

Thanks for your input!

No one ever answered this, and I'm in cabin 3057 with the same question. Carrie, are you still around to answer the question?

Can anyone else answer?

Thanks

Fiona

That is NOT "public space"...some will be storage areas, some are for the "mechanics" of the ship...but it's nothing that will cause you noise issues! No worries! On RCI, none of the cabin hallways are public walkways to anywhere except the cabins on that hall!

Thank you!

I feel much better now. :)

we are in an inside cabin, so i'd be very surprised if there was a a porthole or a window. ;)

the space i'm looking at is a long white space in the shape of a cross midship.

Sorry for the info...but hopefully it might help someone else that has an OV cabin on deck #3....Enjoy !![/b]
