Triumph staggered check in time not showing up?

I can't find the option to choose a check in time. When I preview my documents it says my check in time is 12:30-3:00 PM. Anyone else having check in time issues? I thought maybe it is because the cruise isn't until December 9th, but others have said they were able to choose a check in time a year in advance.

I think it varies from ship to ship ( or maybe port to port!)....My check in time for the Vista didn't show up until a few months prior to the cruise. I just checked periodically and one day it was there. Now, being platinum the check in time isn't all that important in that we can go as soon as the port is open and ready.

We originally booked the Victory out of Miami and then a couple weeks later decided on the Triumph out of New Orleans, for the same date (Triumph is one day longer). I was allowed to pick our check in time on the Victory but it still doesn't show for the Triumph. This cruise is August 28th and neither was/is paid in full. It must depend on the ship/port.

I am not sure about something. I was able to pick our check in time online, but I was not sure if check in was the same as boarding. does my time mean I will be able to check in at 11:30 then board, or will we have to sit around and wait?

Wondering if FTTF would be worth the extra expense on two cabins.

What is boarding time? I have 3 little ones who will not want to wait house to get on the ship.

In NOLA, we have experienced boarding beginning around 11:45, but could be delayed for any reason. Wedding parties will board first followed by Diamond, Platinum, FTTF, then they will start boarding by zone number.

If you don't want to wait long to board after checking in, arriving around 1:00 is a good option. By then all the early check ins will have boarded and you can most likely board as soon as you checkin. All cabins will be accessible as well.

For us, it was worth it.

We are sailing from the Triumph on August 28th, 17 (40th bday) and we do not have choices of times. I will be checking in late due to wanting to spend the day in the French Quarter! So 2 or 3 check in for us! :D

That's the sailing we are on as well.

It's too early.
