4 ships in port, looking for all-inclusive

Trying to do some advance planning for a group of approximately twenty adults for February 2018. We're on the NCL Dawn, so I think we use the port at Coxen Hole. There will be four ships in Roatan that day, so crowds would be heavy I suspect. Photos of Little French Key look amazing, but recent reviews complain of overcrowding and iffy service.

Ideally, looking for a place that has chairs, sun and shade, decent food, adult beverages, and maybe some toys like paddleboards to entertain us. Wifi would be nice but we can live without it for sure. Would prefer not to be packed like sardines on the beach.

I totally understand that a crappy day at the beach is still better than sitting at my desk in the cold Pittsburgh winter, but I'm looking for the best experience possible, so information is greatly appreciated.

Beachers is a good spot. Be advised though, it's on West Bay and it's the same stretch of beach that all the resorts and all the excursions go to. So the beach area could be crowded, though in front of Beachers it'll only be Beachers guests. And I believe for various amenities they direct you to one of th elocal vendors, so you're paying for transportation, a lounger, use of the facilities (the shower is nice) but everything else is ala carte. Not sure who rents out SUPBs on West Bay or the charge.

If you like barbeque, try Las Palmas Resort. Located there is the Texas Mule Saloon which has ribs, brisket, sausage, etc. The restaurant is managed by a couple from Texas. You can eat, there is a good bar and enjoy the beach at no charge. It is between Mahogany Bay and the Airport
