Island Princess

Just came back from a cruise abroad Island Princess. The worst cruise casino I have seen. They don't give you anything for playing there. No drinks with 7500+ points (on the Ruby, I get drinks repeatedly based on my play, plus a specialty dinner for two). On the last night, a letter with $650 casino cash on the next cruise. No thanks, I will go somewhere else where they actually want you to play in the casino.

Interesting - I did notice players with over 1500 points getting a lot of attention. I thought they were at least getting drinks. I only had about 640 points so didn't expect anything. I agree it would be helpful to be a little more transparent to players.

On the Island in Feb. to Panama. Casino is fronting $800 for me. Guess I will see how it goes.

Casino is separate from other Princess operations and they are different from ship to ship.

Oh well. I will continue to play what I call "The Cruise Ship Game".

We have found all you have to do is ask dealer for drinks and pit boss will comp them. If at a machine, just ask.
