Where does the Summit dock in Quebec City?

Hi,

I am going to be on the Summit, and one of the stops is Quebec City. I need to know how much time to allow to get from the dock to the Notre Dame de Quebec at 16 Rue De Buade. Any helpful advice appreciated.
