There's me (Mom), DD (16, 5'9), DS (15, 6'2.5) and DD (12, 5'6)
I know it will be tight, but will we be comfortable?
Maybe! We booked two rooms on the Ecstasy in May and usually share one room on a larger/newer ship. The pullman beds will come down over each bed. I am sure it is tight but doable. Cruiseline rooms has some photos of Ecstasy rooms with quad occupancy.
You will fit easily. We cruised on the Imagination with four. Me, DW and 2 DD.

It will be tight, but Carnival is the right cruise line to do it one. There were three of us on royal last year and if we were all in the room, there was not a lot of space. The next week we were on the Breeze and we could actually move around and not get in each others way.
