Anyone know when Regent gets a new ship?

I have read here and there that Regent (nee RSSC) is supposed to be getting a new ship sometime down the line. Is this a given? And if so when? We'd love to be on an inuagural (or close to it) sailing. Unlike some folks, we are not wed to one line, and while we have our favorites, we like to try new ships.

There were rumors that RSSC was looking at maybe building a 700 passenger size ship around 2008 - 2009 start date.

There was also talk about RSSC having a ship built to replace the Paul Gauguin after the lease agreement runs out 2009

Probably just rumors.
