Chops for Lunch?

Someone on our roll call posted a picture of a lunch menu for Chops. I've never seen Chops open for lunch. Is this something new or only on the giant ships? How much is the Chops lunch? Does anyone know if Chops is open for lunch on Vision?

On Navigator Chops was just for suite guest for breakfast and lunch, neither were very special, some of the other specialty restaurants were open
