What's up with these tour co's?

I emailed Liz (owner) at Pereira Tours last night around 8pm EST time and she emailed me back within about 5 minutes. We exchanged a few emails and I booked our time in St. Kitts with her. No deposit required - at least for what I arranged.

 

She also found me on Facebook and added me to a private group for Pereira Tour guests - where you can get information and ask questions, etc...

 

If the rest of the dealings with her/her company go the same, I would highly recommend the company.

Got back recently from a 14 day cruise & we stopped on St. Kitts. We've done several tours but had a new person with us. I booked Jim & Rose's Taxi. Every email was answered quickly, price was very reasonable & Rose gave us the best tour we've ever done in St. Kitts.

Having the same problem with Thenford. Have emailed twice and not getting a response

We were on a tour with Thenford Grey just last week. I made our reservation a few weeks ago and received a reply the next day. He was absolutely amazing as our tour guide. If you really want to know a lot of history about St Kitts, he was able to answer all of our questions regarding population, schools, water systems, government, industry, etc. We did the Grand Tour of St Kitts and loved every minute of it.

Glad to hear it's just not me. Contacted three vendors and no response :mad:
