Bermuda Beach near Kings Wharf for People with Limited Mobility

We will be in Bermuda with parents who are in their late 80's. They are physically OK for the age but with age-related limitations (like walking up or down steep slopes, high waves, etc. is not for them).

Any recommendations for a beach suitable for them hopefully not too far from the Kings Wharf?

Although I normally wouldn't recommend it because it's a man made beach, Snorkel Park, which is right in the Royal Naval Dockyard might be suitable for them.

It's an OK beach. I have been there.

You can try Elbow Beach resort. They shuttle you down to the beach and will return to take you back up.
